These Terms govern your access to and use of biohackingacademy.comand any related services, including mentoring, retreats, and corporate training (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Bojan Matić, trading as Biohacking Academy (“we”, “us”).
By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
2. Bookings and payments
Mentoring, retreats, corporate training, and lecturing are arranged directly with us. Prices, payment terms, refunds, and cancellation conditions are set out in the separate agreement or booking confirmation for each engagement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights
- Copy, redistribute, or resell our content
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service, its security, or its users
- Harass, abuse, or threaten anyone connected to the Service
4. Intellectual property
All text, video, audio, images, code, designs and other materials on the Service are owned by Bojan Matić or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. No rights are transferred to you except as expressly stated.
5. Health disclaimer
Biohacking Academy provides education, training, and protocols for healthy adults. The Service is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not replace a qualified physician. Consult a doctor before starting any new protocol, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, or are otherwise at elevated risk. You use the protocols at your own risk.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (e.g. Vercel, Sanity). We are not responsible for their actions, outages, or terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
